I use hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer. I buy this food grade 12% and mix it 3:1 with water to make it 3% for human use. I usually take 1/4 cup of H2O2 and mix it with 3/4 cup of distilled water and store in a dark glass bottle tightly sealed.
Hydrogen peroxide is what they are using to sterilize the N95 masks to make them reusable up to 50 times. It will kill a virus or bacteria.
